Job summary

GoPuff's Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) division in Kentucky seeks a Key Holder to manage opening and closing procedures, support store management in their absence, and assist during peak periods while driving sales of BRS products. You will provide exceptional customer service and help onboard new staff across multiple Kentucky locations.

With 23 retail locations and an 80% resident delivery reach, this role supports daily operations and sales growth across the Kentucky footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service at a retail location.
• Ability to lead and support team members during peak periods.
• Capable of opening and closing store procedures and ensuring store readiness.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support for management in their absence.
• Assist during high volume periods to maintain service levels and sales.
• Provide guidance to new employees and promote product knowledge, especially BRS items.
