Job summary

Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) is a GoPuff subsidiary operating 23 retail locations across Kentucky. The Key Holder role encompasses opening/closing duties, stepping in for management during busy periods, and delivering excellent customer service while promoting BRS products.

The full-time Store Associate position requires flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to age verification policies.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish rapport, informing them about BRS products and services.
• Open the store in the morning and close it at night; assist management in their absence.
• Operate alarm systems and cash registers; balance at end of shift.
• Assist in driving sales across departments and maintaining inventory.
• Ensure age verification and proper coupon/gift card handling; process refunds/exchanges.
