Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Greet customers and assist with suggestions or recommendations; resolve issues.
• Handle cash, checks and other payments accurately.
• Perform multi-function fuel/convenience store transactions and related tasks.
• Maintain store facilities and cleanliness; report maintenance needs.
• Monitor stock levels and merchandising; ensure pricing and signage.
• Supervise staff; schedule and train employees; assist Store Manager.
• Ensure security, cash controls, and accurate end-of-shift reporting.
