Summary:The Retail Services Analyst will assist in the management of service and sales efforts for CSB, as well as development of retail products and services as set forth by the Retail Services Manager.

Essential Functions:Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.

Customer Service & Professionalism

• Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to CSB’s Customer Service and Retail Ready! standards.
• Build rapport with customers through meaningful, needs-focused conversations.

Operational Oversight & Reporting

• Review and analyze weekly operational reports—including Doc tracking, overdrafts, and other key metrics to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and escape issues as needed.
• Serve as the lead reviewer for all new banking center documentation, overseeing tracking processes and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Track and validate Retail Banking monthly scorecards, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to banking centers.
• Manage the distribution and analysis of customer account surveys (both new and closed) to identify service improvement opportunities and discuss with Retail Services Manger and Regional Managers.
• Support the annual Retail Situational Analysis by gathering, organizing, and formatting relevant data for the final report.

Sales, Strategy, and Performance Evaluation

• Assess needs related to sales coaching, mentoring, training, and product/service offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate sales and revenue performance across retail areas.
• Assist the Retail Services Manager in developing and implementing regional strategies.
• Provide updates on regional activity, market conditions, customer feedback, and staffing.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports and insights for Regional Managers to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Retail Team Support

• Provide emergency retail and customer service center support as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new retail staff, including in-office sessions as needed.

Education:

A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
