Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to CSB’s standards.
- Lead reviewer for new banking center documentation and tracking processes.
- Track and validate monthly Retail Banking scorecards with data accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new retail staff.
- Support the annual Retail Situational Analysis data gathering and reporting.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies with management.
