Michaels in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a part-time Retail Service Team Member to help customers, assist with product locations, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, maintain planograms, and participate in store recovery and safety programs, with opportunities to enroll in rewards and private label programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and to perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and general merchandise safety.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
