Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to achieve store goals in sales, service, payroll, safety and expenses.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty with opening/closing and cash handling.
• Lead, train, and coach Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer and donor experiences.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and operational standards.
• Oversee merchandising, signage, and floor presentation per guidelines.
• Support donation processing, backroom organization and production goals.
• Assist with CRM programs and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure environment is clean, safe and aligned with brand standards.
