Hy-Vee is seeking a Service Manager to supervise and coordinate activities across all departments, ensuring prompt and friendly service. You will lead by example, manage schedules, handle customer issues, and oversee merchandising and compliance to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example to maintain positive employee relations and a team atmosphere.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise activities across store areas or step in as needed by the Department Manager.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education on updated policies.
