Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Checkout Department operations and supervise Partners.
• Provide work direction and training to other Partners.
• Monitor front-end selling metrics and daily goals.
• Troubleshoot POS systems, coupons, and self-checkout; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and store policies.
• Assist in managing department inventory and flow of customers.
