Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases; manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Maintain schedule adherence, clock-in/out compliance, and day-to-day store operations.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and bank deposits as needed.
