Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a part-time Retail Service Team Member for our Lakeland South location. You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and operate a friendly checkout while supporting in-store and Omni-channel processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Michaels Rewards program and enrollments as applicable.
• Support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
