POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager positions are critical to the successful operations of FedEx Office’s largest and most impactful retail stores. You will run and grow your business while maintaining Purple Promise service, operational excellence, and leading, developing, and coaching your direct reports. Your leadership and passion for results enable the store team to provide solutions to our customers and achieve financial goals.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Model FedEx Office values to customers and team members.
- Build and inspire high-performing teams using FedEx Office tools, resources, and effective judgment in hiring, training, developing, and managing performance.
- Coach your team, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to support company goals and perform their jobs effectively.
- Work with large accounts, address complex customer needs, and serve as a consultative partner to key customers and partners.
- Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members, supporting the FedEx brand.
- Take ownership of store controls, including SOPs, financials, safety, security, scheduling, and compliance with laws and system management through leadership and delegation.
- Continuously improve operational and sales activities to exceed financial and customer experience targets.
- Exercise independent judgment, manage accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales, and bank deposits.
- Prioritize and accomplish multiple leadership tasks within established timeframes, delegating effectively and supervising store staff.
- Share ideas and utilize Quality Improvement tools to enhance the business.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years relevant experience (retail, service, hospitality, military), including 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Must meet all employment qualifications at time of hiring; current employees must meet transfer criteria as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to stand or move throughout the store to manage daily operations.
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
- Regularly bend/twist at the waist and knees.
- Travel as needed to meet with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
- Read and interpret documents and instructions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Perform work requiring cooperation, instruction, and teamwork.
