• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers

• Provides customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converts returns, offers and promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly cash wrap experience with accurate transactions
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs
• Processes merchandise to floor ready and maintains back room to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for floor availability
• Participates in markdowns, re-tickets, and stock processes
• Executes floorset activities proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and under stock to enable efficient replenishment
