Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is hiring a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers with product knowledge, help with bra fittings, and process transactions on the floor and at the cash wrap.

The role includes maintaining brand standards, replenishing stock, supporting floorset activities, and contributing to loss prevention and housekeeping. Flexible scheduling and a strong focus on customer experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for floor availability.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and the stock process.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock to enable efficient replenishment.
