Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking an Installation and Service Technician to install, repair, and service Inventory Control and Video equipment in retail environments. You will respond to service calls, document work, and train customers.

The ideal candidate has an EL 06 License, strong electronics and networking knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in ducts or ladders. Certifications in networking are a plus, and IP camera/DVR/NVR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possession of an EL 06 License.
• Proficiency in electronics and networking fundamentals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to carry and move equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders or working within ducts.
• Nice to Have: Networking certification.
• Experience installing or servicing IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Adaptability to industry changes and a strong work ethic.

Role Overview
