Deep Roots Harvest is seeking a part-time Retail Security Supervisor in Mesquite, NV. You will balance receptionist duties with security responsibilities to maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.

The role reports to Retail Operations and Security leadership and involves coordinating with teams to protect people and assets. You will monitor access, de-escalate conflicts, respond to incidents, and ensure procedures are followed.

Responsabilidades

• De-escalate conflicts and respond to incidents calmly.

• Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and statements.
• Coordinate with emergency services or law enforcement when escalation is needed.

PositionSummary

The Retail Security Supervisor supports retail operations by serving in a dual function role that combines reception and security responsibilities within the licensed retail facility. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, patients, and visitors; assessing and de-escalating situations; responding to workplace injuries and security incidents; and supporting regulatory compliance within retail operations.

• Serve as the primary reception point for customers, patients, and visitors, including greeting individuals, answering phones, and providing authorized information in a professional manner.
• Conductcustomerintakeproceduresbyverifyingagethroughscanningvalididentificationanddirectingcustomersthroughinitialpurchasingsteps.
• Enforcefacilityaccessrules,includingdenyingentryorrequestingindividualsleavethepremiseswhenrequiredbypolicy.
• Assess developing situations and engage with customers, patients, or employees to deescalate conflicts, disturbances, or disruptive behavior in a calm and professional manner.
• Respondtoalarms,disturbances,injuries,accidents,securityincidents,andemergencysituations.
• Leadinitialresponsetoworkplaceinjuries,includingprovidingFirstAidandAEDsupportandassistingwithincidentdocumentationandfollow-upreporting.
• Initiate,document,andmaintainaccurateincidentreports,witnessstatements,andsecurityrecordsrelatedtosafety,security,orcomplianceevents.
• Coordinatewithemergencyservicesorlawenforcementwhenescalationisrequired.
• Protectcompanyassetsfromtheft,diversion,assault,fire,andothersafetyorsecurityrisks.
