Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete background checks.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
• Must be eligible for employment under Nevada cannabis regulations.
• Must successfully complete and pass METRC training, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cannabis products to customers’ residences in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Ensure accuracy of transactions, delivery, and inventory data in required systems.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery inventory counts and reconcile orders.
• Safely operate approved company vehicles for delivery purposes.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and time requirements.
• Maintain customer and patient confidentiality per privacy rules.
• Report security, safety, compliance, vehicle, or delivery incidents promptly.
• Keep delivery vehicles, inventory areas, and workspaces clean and organized.

PositionSummary

The Retail Home Delivery Driver supports retail operations by safely, accurately, and efficiently delivering cannabis products to customers in accordance with company policies and Nevada cannabis regulations. This customer-facing role is responsible for timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, inventory control, cash handling, and strict adherence to delivery, security, and safety requirements.
