Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years in retail, security, first-responder, or related field.
• 1-2 years in big-box retail security or military.
• Driver's license.
• Security license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a visible physical security and safety presence.
• Validate physical security of building per policy throughout the day.
• Engage with drivers and inbound/outbound processes in compliance with security standards.
• Perform regular safety and physical security audits using mobile devices.
• Conduct patrols of interior and exterior premises to identify security concerns.
• De-escalate situations involving associates, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to enforce policies and procedures.
• Report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches to leadership.
• Utilize incident reporting system with detailed descriptions of events and people involved.
• Monitor CCTV to detect unauthorized activities.
