Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and notify appropriate contacts and responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly.
