Qualifications

• 1 year or more security-related experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security-related procedures, site policies, and emergency response when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location including floors, entrances and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance issues.
• Document incidents and patrol activities according to reporting procedures.
