Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Patrol Driver in Aiea, HI to safeguard tenants, shoppers, and employees at a busy retail/mall location. You will conduct visible patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain documentation according to site policies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with management or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, corridors, loading docks, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with crowd/traffic flow during peak shopping periods and events.
• Prepare clear written reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations.
