Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following site policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols through buildings, parking areas, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts, and report unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
