Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Officer for a retail location in Lansing, MI. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, assist customers and store teams, and communicate clearly in response to concerns.

Position is full-time with day-time and weekend shifts. Minimum requirements include being 18+ and a high school diploma. You will join a collaborative team focused on people-first service and community impact.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter theft and other security-related concerns.
