Qualifications

• Guard card or security license preferred where applicable.
• State/county/city security license preferred by location.
• Must meet age requirements for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store team members, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly, addressing customer concerns and potential loss events.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location including floors, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry and security risks.
• Document incidents and patrols and report to supervision promptly.
