Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people and property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor guard cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, recording data for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
