Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring a Retail Security Officer for full-time work at Irving, TX. You will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk logs, control access for tenants and visitors, and patrol properties to deter theft and maintain safety.

The role requires 21+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, a valid License 2, and the ability to pass drug and background checks, with English fluency and physical fitness for lifts and patrols.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid License 2.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
• Bi-lingual is a plus; evening/overnight/weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for management.
