Job summary

A prominent security firm in San Antonio is seeking a Security Officer for an armed retail site patrol position. Responsibilities include providing customer service, conducting security procedures, and responding to emergencies. Candidates must have at least three years of combined experience or a college degree, and Level III armed certification is required for Texas. Pay is $22.00 per hour with daytime shifts from Wednesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years combined law-enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Level III armed certification required for Texas positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while conducting security procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
