Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Texas non-commissioned security license required.
• Retail security experience preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: greet visitors, verify identity and guide visitors.
• Monitor security systems and surveillance to identify risks and incidents.
• Document incidents with detailed and accurate reporting.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Manage access control and verify visitor credentials.
• Evaluate security systems for vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with law enforcement during critical incidents.
• Protect people and property by maintaining a secure environment.
