Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Texas state driver's license.
• Valid Texas Guard License.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• This position requires extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols in public spaces to identify safety risks.
• Engage with the public and respond to calls for service in public areas.
• Maintain a visible presence and interact professionally with the public.
• Document all interactions clearly and submit reports on time.
• Pass on pertinent information to team members and the client.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior to help prevent vandalism and theft.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering or prohibited items.
• Respond to distress calls, alarms, or emergencies by contacting first responders.
• Identify and report safety or security concerns promptly.
• Ensure rules and regulations are enforced.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned by management.
