Retail Security Officer - Paid Weekly!

**Entry-Level, No Experience Required! Weekly Pay and Benefits!**

Location: Pasco, WA

Pay Rate: $16.66/hour

We are expanding our Security Team and are looking for individuals that possess great customer service and communication skills for our Retail Security position. In this role, you will be assisting customers and clients, controlling visitor access, managing the lobby, and participating in security related tasks such as remaining observant, reporting, and completing patrols around the premises. You will be trained on all site-specific policies and procedures, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in emergency response activities as needed.

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity
• Provide detailed written witness reports
  
  

Security Officer Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift
• High level of customer service is required
• Must be able to work swing shifts
• Valid Drivers License and clear driving record needed for Driver Certification
