GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Tactical Security Guard? Your ability to assess environments, anticipate risks, and respond effectively is crucial. Highlight your keen observation skills and physical readiness, as you'll be patrolling diverse environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Kennewick, WA
• Schedule: Full-time, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (40 hours/week)
• Hourly wage: $17.66/hr (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities of a Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol designated areas to identify suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure zones
• Respond promptly to threats or incidents
• Check alarm and camera systems
• Document incidents thoroughly
• React to alarms and perform on-site checks
• Coordinate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is advantageous
• State license if required
