Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity.

• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times.
• Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols.
• Inspect property for safety risks (fire hazards, equipment issues).
• Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements.
• Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Provide directions and support as needed.

LOCATION:

Miller Hill Mall – Duluth, MN

PAY:

$20.00/hour

2:30PM – 10:30PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security & Patrol

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations

• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred

• Prior security or customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarms, or access control systems
