Andy Frain Services, Inc. is hiring a Retail Security Guard for a part-time shift at Short Pump Town Center, Richmond, VA. You will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers, employees, and vendors, with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

The schedule is Friday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16.24 per hour and weekly pay. Prior security or customer-facing experience is preferred, and you must be 18 or older with a valid driver's

Retail Security Guard (Part -Time)

LOCATION:

Short Pump Town Center – Richmond, VA

PAY:

$16.24/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security & Patrol

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation
• Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures
• Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols
• Inspect property for safety risks (fire hazards, equipment issues, etc.)
• Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Provide directions and support as needed
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required
