Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Salon Consultants. You will drive sales, train new staff, and foster a positive, professional salon atmosphere for clients and team members.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with quarterly reviews that raise pay to $25 per hour, plus $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance and commissions on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for your employees and clients
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Education
