Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional salon environment. Starting pay is $21 per hour with quarterly reviews and increases up to $25 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on store performance.

This role offers commissions on all product sales, along with 401(k), medical, dental, and vision coverage, and employee discounts. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist in a team‑oriented, fun workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Open/close the business and handle daily administrative tasks.

• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
