Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Salon Consultants. You will help customers with tanning products, services, and memberships in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Starting pay is $21 per hour with quarterly reviews and opportunities to earn up to $25 per hour, plus $800 monthly bonuses and commissions on all product and membership sales. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business and handle daily administrative tasks.
• Guide customers to rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment for first-time users.

• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
