Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. seeks passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional salon environment.

This entry-level role offers a team-oriented atmosphere and comprehensive training for growth within the brand. Starting pay $21 per hour with quarterly reviews for increases up to $25 per hour, plus $800 monthly bonuses based on store performance and commissions on all product and membership sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand/bend/walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to reach salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Keep salon clean and organized; open/close business.
• Process daily admin paperwork and track goals.
• Assist customers and demonstrate tanning equipment to first-time users.

• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
