Job summary

Royal Canin USA Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Sales Technology & Data — Business Partner to align frontline sales needs with our data and technology org. You will translate field requirements into scalable mobile tools, analytics, and digital solutions that boost shelf execution and frontline productivity.

You will champion EOY digital initiatives, shape future Salesforce reporting, and influence cross-functional partners in a global matrix.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics or related field with 7+ years in CPG or retail.
Strong understanding of retail sales rep workflows and field execution processes.
Proven product development/delivery experience for retail apps, especially Salesforce-based systems.
Experience leading digital transformation or automation to simplify field sales processes.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Data-driven mindset with KPIs and reporting tools to support frontline decisions.
Nice-to-have: CPG background, Agile methods, AI field tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary Data & Technology partner for Retail Field Sales and Retail Operations leaders.
Translate store-level challenges into scalable digital roadmaps with field voice as input.
Lead deployment and readiness of retail platforms and mobile apps used by frontline teams.
Drive delivery of EOY technology initiatives and future Salesforce reporting roadmap.
Partner with analytics to deliver timely performance insights to field teams.
Measure adoption with KPIs and drive value realization from tech investments.
Champion change management to improve tool adoption and reduce admin tasks.
Coordinate with Mars Global Services and external vendors; provide executive updates.
