• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals set by management.
• Provide legendary service across the store: front, floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Handle checkout and bag purchases; prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Understand and apply exchange and return procedures.
