Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Round Rock, Texas is hiring Sales Teammates to support the opening and ongoing operations of our new store. You will engage guests, perform cashiering, merchandising, and daily store duties to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

This role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, meet/exceed sales goals, and teamwork with Store Management. You will handle exchanges, returns, and assist with fittings while keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates and Guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service across the store including front desk, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
