Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Sales in White Settlement, TX. This full-time role focuses on customer service, POS operation, and maintaining a well-presented store environment.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, process transactions accurately, restock, and help keep the shop neat and welcoming. One year of customer service preferred; flexible hours to cover 7 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience interacting with public or team.
• Basic math proficiency; reading and writing.
• Experience with cash handling and POS equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately; answer telephones.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers promptly and assist on sales floor.
• Restock depleted merchandise and maintain store appearance; perform cleaning as needed.
• Open availability preferred as store operates 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM.
