Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience interacting with the public or working in a team.
• Proficient in basic math, reading and writing.
• Able to operate POS and credit card terminals.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS (Point-of-Sale) system and cash handling accurately.
• Answer telephones and greet customers promptly.
• Assist customers on sales floor to locate merchandise and provide help.
• Maintain appearance of the sales floor and restock merchandise as needed.
• Assist with hangers, textiles sizing, and cart/rack organization.
• Perform cleaning tasks and support store operations.
