Palmetto Moon is seeking a Sales Team Lead for our Florida locations. You will support the Store Sales Manager, lead the sales floor, and ensure high levels of customer service and performance. This role involves coaching associates, managing daily operations, and upholding visual merchandising standards.

You will drive sales through team leadership, training, and effective communication, while executing company initiatives and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Formación

• Previous retail leadership experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to hit sales goals.
• Proficient with POS systems and daily store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales team and MOD shifts to drive sales and service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Coach team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the floor.
• Communicate feedback and store needs to leadership.
