Palmetto Moon is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Pooler to support the Store Sales Manager, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. This role provides leadership, guidance, and operational support to the team on a day-to-day basis.

Key duties include coaching, managing MOD shifts, coaching for product knowledge, and maintaining merchandising standards. The position emphasizes accountability, adaptability, and strong customer-focused leadership.

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment.
