Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Support Associate in a part-time role to assist both back-of-house and front-of-house operations. You will help unpack/pack shipments, manage stock, answer phones, and support an efficient product flow with outstanding customer service.

As a versatile team member, you will greet customers, assist with POS, repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor sets. A dynamic, inclusive store environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Retail stock, logistics and customer service experience preferred.
• Originality and authenticity in approach are valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Supervisor and Store Management to uphold brand representation.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Support with POS and in-store customer service tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and SOH/FOH IT systems.
