Job summary

rag & bone in New York is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate to assist both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, including shipments, stock room, greeting customers, and POS.

You will help with inventory accuracy, transfers, repairs, and alterations support, while ensuring exceptional service and brand standards in every customer interaction. The role requires 24–30 hours per week with at least 3 days available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail stock, logistics, and/or customer service.
• Ability to work 24-30 hours per week.
• Comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support back-of-house and front-of-house operations including stock, phones, and policy compliance.
• Assist with inventory and stock management and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Meet store and metric goals and provide exemplary customer service.
• Provide assistance to Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
