Job summary

rag & bone in New York is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate to help with back-of-house and front-of-house operations and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will support inventory, customer service, and daily store tasks, ensuring smooth product flow and brand representation. This role requires 24–30 hours weekly with a minimum of 3 available days per week, and offers a clothing allowance and employee discount.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Maximize storage and capacity across product and supply categories.
• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies.
• Contribute to low inventory shrink and high accuracy at touchpoints.
• Support the sales team with POS, repairs, and alterations processes.
• Understand BOH/FOH IT systems and POS transactions.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Support Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
