Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to help drive customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the team will work to increase sales, conversions, and service while actively engaging customers to provide total solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience with consultative selling
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
• Lead Floor Leader duties to deliver a great customer experience
• Support store initiatives and adapt to changing responsibilities
• Assume additional duties as assigned and foster an engaging environment
• Recommend improvements and delegate operational tasks with the GM
• Coach peers on behaviors to win and deliver results through feedback
