Qualifikationen

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
• Ability to work in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a respectful, cooperative manner.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience across the store.
• Champion company initiatives and be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
• Remain available and support an engaging environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Peer coach team on behaviors to win, deliver great service and results.
