Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to store needs.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and retail software.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, service and efficiency.
• Manage payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering service excellence.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Manager.
• Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock.
• Comply with Policies, procedures, and operational competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant store environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
